Wrong Mailing Addresses
The mailing address used to ship your package is the one provided at checkout. Please double-check that all details are correct. If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible at hello@happyari.com so we can make the necessary changes before your order ships.

Once an order ships, we’re unable to modify the delivery address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a new shipping fee may apply unless the error was on our end.

Delayed Packages
All of our packages are shipped using USPS and the estimated delivery timeframes are provided by them. You will receive a tracking number with every order that you can use to track your order. Please note that once a package is shipped, it is in the hands of the postal service and we are not responsible for delays or lost packages. The claims must go directly to USPS by using the tracking number provided with your order, but we are here to support you however we can.

International Shipping
We’re currently offering shipping exclusively to the continental U.S and Puerto Rico.
